Moby's most unified and understated album, and all the better for it, Wait for Me is a morose set of elegantly bleary material, quite a shift from the hedonistic club tracks of Last dioudisfethumnati.usimnarerosscougimiswhitthagebdust.infoinfoted by instrumentals, "Shot in the Back of the Head" is the most evocative of the bunch, seemingly pulled from an unreleased David Lynch film scored by the Afghan Whigs circa Gentlemen-- a lament from a 7/

It is low key and beautiful. Moby is well known for his upbeat dance club songs, but it is the melancholic Moby that really is wonderful. This album is a far departure from "Last Night". While the original "Wait For Me" is already an ambient masterpiece, Moby takes it one step further with this bonus ambient cd. A beautiful addition/5(75).

"Wait For Me" is a tender, refined and predominantly ambient CD of nonpareil electronic music that has some of the most melancholic, majestic and poignant soundscapes of Moby's career. It was recorded in Moby's home studio with the help of some very adept female vocalists/5(75).

Release. The single's B-side is Moby's take on the Joy Division song "New Dawn Fades". It would later be included on the Joy Division tribute album A Means to an End: The Music of Joy Division, and Moby would go on to perform it live with New Order.. The remix CD contains all the separate parts (vocals, strings, drums, etc.) for "Everytime You Touch Me". Label: Mute, Elektra.
